Services & Fit
What exactly do you do?
BrianTripPhoto creates purpose-built photography and video for attorneys, medical and dental practices and other trust-based professionals.
The goal is to help your online presence reflect the trust, professionalism and quality you deliver in person. Projects can include professional headshots, brand photography, introduction videos, service explainers, testimonials, website visuals, Google Business Profile content and social media assets.
Do you only work with attorneys and medical?
Those are two of my primary specialties, along with other trust-based professionals such as financial advisors, accountants, insurance professionals, consultants, real estate professionals and other relationship-driven businesses.
I occasionally take on other commercial projects, but my primary focus is helping professionals whose clients or patients need trust and clarity before making an important decision.
What are your three primary solutions?
BrianTripPhoto projects generally fall into one of three areas:
Professional Presence Session
For individuals and teams who need updated headshots, professional portraits and consistent personal brand imagery.
Visual Trust Session
For businesses that need stronger website, Google Business Profile and social media visuals that show the people, environment, process, and client or patient experience.
Brand Content System
For growing firms and practices that need a coordinated photo and video library to support a new website, multiple services, recruiting, advertising, social media and ongoing marketing.
Each solution provides a framework rather than forcing every client into the same list of deliverables.
Can you work with our existing marketing agency or web team?
Yes. I bolt on seamlessly, assisting you and them with the assets/content they need to help you execute your marketing plans for website, socials and more. Think of me as the production and them as the distribution, working together to assist you in smashing your goals.
Do you offer headshot days for teams?
Absolutely. Mobile studio on-site or in-studio by request. Consistent lighting, fast flow, light retouching and file naming matched to your staff roster.
Do I need to know exactly what photos or videos I need before contacting you?
No.
Many clients know something about their current visuals is not working but are not sure what should be replaced first.
Part of my job is helping identify which assets will have the most practical value based on your website, Google presence, audience and current marketing priorities.
Process & Timeline
What does your process look like?
1. Discover
We start with your business goals, audience, current visual gaps and where the finished assets will be used.
2. Plan
I develop the creative direction, mood board, shot list, production schedule and other pre-production details.
3. Create
We capture the right combination of portraits, brand photography, video and supporting content using an efficient production plan.
4. Activate
Your finished assets are organized for practical use across your website, Google Business Profile, social media, advertising and other marketing channels.
You work directly with me throughout the project, with trusted creative partners added when a production requires a larger crew.
How fast can we start?
We book by project and/or retainer. Tell me your deadline; I’ll propose the fastest path and what’s realistic to ship first (e.g., headshots + homepage hero).
Can you help us decide what content we actually need?
Yes. Start with a complimentary Visual Trust Review.
I review your current website and Google Business Profile, identify the most important visual opportunities, and recommend which assets should be prioritized first.
Depending on what I find, the next step may be a Professional Presence Session, Visual Trust Session, Brand Content System or simply a smaller custom project.
Deliverables & Formats
What file formats do we receive?
Deliverables are based on the project and how the content will be used.
Typical delivery may include:
High-resolution JPG files for print and marketing
Web-ready JPG files for websites and digital use
MP4 video files
Horizontal and vertical video versions when included in the project
Captioned video versions when appropriate
Google Business Profile-ready imagery
Organized folders based on the final marketing use
Exact formats and versions are confirmed during planning so you receive what your team actually needs.
Do you include captions and thumbnails?
Captions can be included with video projects and are often recommended for social media, website and accessibility use.
Thumbnail or cover-image creation can also be included when needed. The exact deliverables are confirmed during pre-production.
Do you create content for Google Business Profiles?
Yes.
Google Business Profile content is an important part of many Visual Trust and Brand Content System projects.
Depending on the project, we may create:
Exterior and entrance images
Team and provider photography
Office or practice environment images
Client or patient experience imagery
Short video content
Images sized and selected for Google use
The goal is to help your Google presence feel current, professional, and consistent with the experience you provide in person.
Results & Strategy
How can professional photo and video support our marketing?
Strong visual content can help prospective clients and patients understand:
Who they will be working with
What the experience may feel like
What services you provide
What happens next
Why your business is different
Rather than creating content simply to fill space, I plan assets around the questions and uncertainties your audience may have before contacting you.
The goal is to make your online presence clearer, more familiar and more consistent with the experience you deliver in person.
Can you create content for social media?
Yes.
Photo and video projects can be planned with social media use in mind, including vertical video, short-form clips, portraits, behind-the-scenes imagery, educational content and other reusable assets.
My focus is primarily on creating the content library. Ongoing social media management is not currently a core BrianTripPhoto service.
Compliance & Permissions
Do you understand HIPAA and patient privacy?
Yes. Medical productions are planned carefully around patient privacy and the healthcare environment.
That includes avoiding unnecessary PHI in the frame, controlling filming areas, coordinating with the practice before production and using appropriate written patient authorizations when identifiable patients or protected health information will be used.
The healthcare provider remains responsible for determining its HIPAA and legal requirements and I work with the practice's established privacy and authorization procedures.
Can patients appear in photos or videos?
Yes, when the practice has obtained the appropriate written authorization.
Depending on the project, patients may appear in consultation scenes, testimonials, treatment-related imagery or other brand content.
For staged scenes, staff members or professional models can also be used when that makes production simpler.
What about patient testimonials?
Patient testimonials can be produced when the practice has the appropriate written authorization and has approved the content. I assist with this.
I recommend focusing testimonials on the patient's experience, process, communication and care rather than making unsupported promises or guarantees.
Can a patient later revoke authorization?
HIPAA gives an individual the right to revoke an authorization in writing. The revocation generally applies prospectively and does not invalidate actions already taken in reliance on a valid authorization. Practices should follow their own legal and compliance procedures regarding future use of the material.
How do you approach patient privacy during marketing productions?
I provide a sample consent form to each patient that is identifiable in the frame. It is important to understand, that a patient can ask you to take down or cease using their identity in any and all advertising according to HIPAA. For more information we can discuss inside a discovery call.
Pricing, Revisions & Licensing
How do you price projects?
Projects are priced according to scope, production requirements, locations, number of people involved and final deliverables.
Most projects begin with one of three frameworks:
Professional Presence Session
Visual Trust Session
Brand Content System
These give us a starting point, but the final project is customized around your priorities rather than forcing you into a fixed package.
Individual services such as headshots, event photography or specific video projects are also available.
What’s your revision policy?
The number of included revisions depends on the project and is outlined clearly in your proposal before production begins.
For projects, feedback is typically collected through Frame.io so revisions can be consolidated and handled efficiently.
Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
Who owns the content?
BrianTripPhoto retains the creator copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon final payment, the client receives the commercial usage rights outlined in the project agreement, which may include website, social media, digital advertising, print, email and other approved marketing uses.
If a project requires expanded licensing or transfer of copyright, that can be discussed during planning.
What if we are unhappy with the final work?
My goal is to prevent surprises through clear planning, mood boards, shot lists, proofs and structured review.
Revision terms are outlined in every proposal and I work closely with clients throughout production and post-production to make sure the final assets align with the approved creative direction.
Logistics & On-Site
Where do you work?
Based in Jacksonville, FL; I travel across Northeast Florida. Travel outside the area is available, just ask.
How disruptive is shoot day?
I plan productions around the client's actual working environment.
For firms and practices, that can mean scheduling individual providers or attorneys in short blocks, pre-staging rooms, working through an approved shot list and keeping equipment and crew footprint as efficient as possible.
The goal is to create strong content without unnecessarily disrupting your team, clients or patients.
What do we need to prepare?
I’ll send a short checklist: wardrobe guidance, space prep, release forms (if needed) and a run-of-show so your team knows when they’re on camera.
Tech & Tools
What gear and software do you use?
I use professional Canon camera systems, controlled lighting, stabilization and professional audio equipment based on the needs of each production.
Post-production is handled primarily through Adobe tools, with Frame.io used for video review and approval.
For larger productions, additional equipment and trusted crew members are added as needed.
Do you integrate with our DAM or drive?
Yes. Google Drive, Dropbox, or your agency’s DAM. Your dashboard still hosts proofs and approvals.
