Origin Story: Why I Chose Attorneys & Medical and trust-based professionals.

I didn’t start in a niche.

For years I shot for any business who needed a camera: restaurants, retailers, start-ups, you name it. The work was good, but something nagged at me: the results were scattered. One week I was chasing a product launch; the next, a one-off event. It looked busy, but it didn’t feel meaningful or consistent.

Two things changed that.

First, my business background kicked in.
Before launching BrianTripPhoto, I spent years in sales and marketing, leading programs where every asset had a job to do. Not “content for content’s sake,” but visuals that moved people to a clear next step. I missed that kind of purpose.

Second, I started working with a few law firms, clinics and trust based professionals.
Right away, I noticed the stakes were different. These aren’t impulse buys. People arrive with anxiety, complexity, and high-risk decisions. In those moments, visuals either build trust or push someone to click away. When we replaced stock photos with authentic headshots, added a 60–90-second introduction video, and filmed a short “what to expect” clip, calls and consults went up and the feedback was personal: “I felt like I knew the provider before I walked in,” “Your bio video made me confident to book.”

That’s when the mission clicked.

Attorneys, medical and trust-based professionals don’t need more noise. They need clarity. Visuals that make a decision easier, safer, and faster. They need confidence. A first impression that matches the caliber of their work. And above all, they need trust because the outcomes matter.

So I narrowed the aperture.

I built packages around the exact points that move the needle for firms and practices:

  • Website Homepage trust (hero loop + short intro film)

  • Bio confidence (consistent headshots + 30–45s intros)

  • Service clarity (explainers that answer “Am I in the right place?”)

  • What to Expect (simple, reassuring steps that calm hesitation)

  • Google Business Profile (real photos and short clips that make you findable and familiar)

I also changed how I work. No agency layers. A small, efficient crew. Assets delivered in horizontal + vertical formats with captions and thumbnails, named for your website, GBP, and social—so your team can deploy fast. For medical, I tightened compliance: no PHI in frame, provide consent forms, have a process for safe testimonial language.

Today, my purpose is simple: turn first clicks into confident consultations for attorneys and medical professionals in Jacksonville and beyond.
It’s the sweet spot where my background, my process, and your outcomes line up.

How did I get here

I started in photography in 1997, in high school, in the Phoenix AZ area.  I began on 35mm film using a dark room to process and develop my own images and aspired to become a photo journalist. As a budding photographer, I looked up to National Geographic and Sports Illustrated magazines for inspiration.  In college, at USF, business passion took over and I completed my bachelors degree in marketing. 

After college this lead to multiple roles at Bosch Power Tools, including becoming the product marketing manager for cordless drills / impact drivers for North America.  Throughout this time, photography and video remained a skill and “side-hustle."  I coordinated photo shoots and took part in TV commercial shoots and the filming of those commercials among many responsibilities in my role.  This experience was invaluable and helped spark my journey to continue.

At Polaris, Inc I helped my dealers build successful businesses in many different areas, one key strength was photo and video combined with digital marketing.  This is where the “one day” idea began to launching my own business.  I read a book titled “Artisan Soul” and this moved me to complete my first business plan rough draft.  In 2023, after a career transition, BrianTripPhoto began under Brian Triplett, LLC.

You’ll have access to a personalized online dashboard that centralizes your project timeline, assets, and communication; making it easy to stay informed and maximize your time. A prep call is available to finalize your shot list, creative direction, and logistics before shoot day.

On shoot day, I execute with precision; capturing high-quality visuals designed to elevate trust, confidence, and clarity in your brand. You’ll receive proofs to review and select the strongest content that reflects your voice and identity. Final deliverables are polished and professionally edited, ready to meet and exceed the expectations of today’s discerning clients and patients.

As a proud member of the CBL group, I collaborate with a global network of photographers and videographers to continuously refine quality. And with a trusted freelance team, I ensure every project is executed with the same care and excellence I’d expect for my own business.
